Bully On Line is a project of The Field Foundation, and the world's largest resource on bullying and related issues.    

Child Line is the free, 24-hour helpline for children and young people in the UK. Children and young people can call our helpline on 0800 1111 about any problem, at any time - day or night. Children who are deaf or find using a regular phone difficult can try our textphone service on 0800 400 222. ChildLine's counsellors are there to help you find ways to sort things out.   

The DFES website is packed with new ideas, practical techniques and the valuable experiences of those who have been bullied, or have even bullied others, to demonstrate that you need not Suffer in Silence. 

Kidscape - Nearly everyone is bullied at some time in their lives: by brothers and sisters, by neighbours, by adults or by other children. If you are being bullied, you may feel scared, vulnerable and quite alone but you owe it to yourself to try and sort out the situation so that the the bullying stops. SCRE's involvement in issues of bullying stem from research conducted in the 1990s into bullying in schools and the effectiveness of various approaches to its prevention. Details of this research are available in the two Spotlight briefing papers, which are available on the SCRE website. 

There 4 Me - If you've got worries or need some advice, There4me.com can help. The site is for all 12-16 year-olds living in the British Isles. It's to help you find solutions to your problems.

Samaritans - Helpline advisors offer support for any sort of problem. If the Enfield line is not open, calls will be transferred to the national number.
