Child Line is the free, 24-hour helpline for children and young people in the UK. Children and young people can call our helpline on 0800 1111 about any problem, at any time - day or night. Children who are deaf or find using a regular phone difficult can try our textphone service on 0800 400 222. ChildLine's counsellors are there to help you find ways to sort things out.

Disability - This new site represents a step forward in helping people to find out about their civil rights and to see more clearly how useful the Internet can be as a source for information.

Disability Challengers - The children and young people who use the services are those with any form of physical, learning or sensory impairment. They provide appropriate activities for children of all abilities. This can mean full time one-to-one support for some of the children. Above all, they provide lots of fun!

The Disability Living Foundation - As a national UK Charity it is there vision to provide the best possible choice for people who use equipment to live a more independent life. The site contains a huge amount of information and resources regarding living with a disability.

The Epilepsy Action website contains everything you need to know about epilepsy - and if you can't find something, email them using the Email Helpline service and they will do there best to email you a reply within 48 hours.

Mencap work with people with a learning disability, and their families and carers. This web site provides information, advice and how to get support on education, employment, housing and other services.

NACC - National Association for Colitis and Crohn's Disease - This website is for people with Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis (Inflammatory Bowel Disease - IBD), and their families. It's provided by the National Association for Colitis and Crohn's Disease (NACC), which is a UK Charity. The web site provides you with information and support, and tells you about our other activities.

Parity Ford Disability are a locally based charity set up to provide vital services, information and support for children and adults with multiple disabilities.

rnib - The Royal National Institute of the Blind - This site provides information and advice for friends and families of people living with sight loss.

Samaritans - Helpline advisors offer support for any sort of problem. If the Enfield line is not open, calls will be transferred to the national number.
