Childline is the free, 24-hour helpline for children and young people in the UK. Children and young people can call our helpline on 0800 1111 about any problem, at any time - day or night. Children who are deaf or find using a regular phone difficult can try our textphone service on 0800 400 222. ChildLine's counsellors are there to help you find ways to sort things out.
FFLAG - Family and Friends of Lesbians and Gays has an online booklet for young people thinking about coming out to their parents.
Ginger Beer provides information on social hang-outs for lesbian women in London, and also gives information on current news and events.

The London Lesbian and Gay Switchboard aim to provide an information, support and referral service for lesbians, gay men and bisexual people from all backgrounds throughout the United Kingdom.
Muslim Youth Helpline (MYH) - Telephone and email advice for Muslim young people aged under 25.
OutZone You can access information about the youth groups and other FREE services for all London's gay, lesbian and bisexual young people.
Samaritans - Helpline advisors offer support for any sort of problem. If the Enfield line is not open, calls will be transferred to the national number.
